I love to empower people to move their body, and guide each unique body into what it needs. My most recent training is in pregnancy yoga to underpin my Hypnobirthing courses with Babies in Waiting.

It doesn't matter your age, movement is medicine!
Female Health is my particular area of expertise and I create an inclusive, safe, fun environment at the studio for women to come to class without judgement, fear or worry. You may come to your mat in a funk but you will leave FLOATING!
Men are not excluded as I teach Men only and have open level / any gender classes on my timetable too.
